I’ve lived here for almost three years & I’ve been very happy. The staff tries to get to know everyone with mixers. The building is lovely & the location can’t be beat.

I continue to love living here with each year. The community of people makes it feel so welcoming and comfortable. Having most necessities within walking distance or very nearby, makes this truly feel like home and a wonderful place to gather with family and friends.

I love the people and staff. The complaint I have and have pointed out many times. The stairwells are filthy and embarrassing. There has been a poop or throw up stain on the stairs for over a month. That has not been cleaned. I have told them twice to clean… very upsetting… please pressure wash the garage floor by the entry way. It is disgusting as well as the stairwell to the garage. And please have the cleaning people wipe the floor moldings and window seals… they are all grimy… i was told the stair wells will be clean and vacuumed every month. I know it has been over a mont since they have been cleaned. The stair wells need to be cleaned very week. They are used a lot daily. What will it take to improve the up keep and cleanliness of this building?

Was impressed with Luna and then they started cutting corners and making things less desirable and unnecessary. I have not seen many tenants stay for more than a year. Rules. Lack of management openness to tenants suggestions. They even have rules for making their reviews sound good.

It's peaceful and quiet living here at Luna Apartments for me. My concern is the upkeep of the facility. Because of the animal population the elevator floor's lack insufficient daily disinfectant cleaning of dog fluids and bacteria. The apartment emergency exit staircases are inadequately maintain and cleaned. The lobby rug needs cleaning and to be deodorize. All entrance and lobby furniture needs to be cleaned and deodorize. Lobby floors resurfacing and upgraded. Paint upgrades when needed for marked walls. This is a very nice facility. But there needs to be more money and labor budgeted for it's upkeep.

Great location, not a lot of noise, and staff is friendly. However, storage is minimal and cabinets and drawers are a bit of a pain because they snag your clothes with those awful and painful handles.

Not a single negative thing to say. I love it here. From the staff to the amenities and the neighborhood. Safety has and will always be a priority for me and we’ve got them all here at LUNA.

My husband and I can’t believe how kind the residents and management have been during the stressful time when our kitty Natasha went missing on the 2nd floor walkway. So many people reached out to us and offered suggestions on how to find her!!!! The Luna is extremely “pet friendly”, and we love that. Especially because our pets have always been an important part of our lives, and when we sold our “too big” home 2blocks away and no longer had our “doggie doors”, we imagined it would be so difficult to adjust to an apartment. Luna made the adjustment easy, with a park across the street, and a pet area on the roof-top deck. Thank you to all!!!! She hasn’t found her way home yet…but we are HOPING!!!!!

The staff at Luna is so friendly, helpful and understanding. They’ve really made living here one of the best decisions I’ve made while trying to navigate this pandemic! Living in this area has improved my quality of life greatly! I’ve noticed that I’ve become more social and willing to engage in all that the neighborhood has to offer. My neighbors are friendly as well! Great place to call home.

I just moved into Luna, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Yocelin and Kimberly. They are so pleasant and lovely to work with! So far, the move in process has been delightful.

We just moved in but it’s been great so far! All of the residents seem very friendly. Maintenance was a bit rude to us when we moved in but other than that no complaints.

Excellent customer service looking forward to moving in. Parking spot is conveniently located with enough room to avoid getting dinged. The apartment is so clean looks like no one has ever lived there!

I enjoy living at luna for the past few years, it has amenities that make living more convenient and practical. The people are friendly, yet reserved but always respectful. Luna is close to so many stores, parks, events and beach, we take our dog wonton to the beach where he loves to mingle with other dogs. It is so far a very nice community to live in. The staff is friendly and very very helpful to get things done when need be.

Great place to live. Great front desk management, responsiveness, neighbors, and community. Love that there is a PCC downstairs for all grocery needs, and many other businesses and a park within walking distance. I also have a great view!

Living at the Luna Apartments has been very comforting! Feeling that I have access to everything I need within a few steps has been life changing for me. The community is so friendly and connected. What a lovely place to be!

We love the activities at Luna, and thoroughly enjoyed our roof-top deck this summer/fall. We’ve been here almost 2 years and the location couldn’t be better…especially since the WS bridge re-opened!

Having been here from the opening of the building I have seen the ebb and flow of changes made by the management company Greystar. With the current team, things have been nice, with regular resident events, connections, and communication between residents via the management team. No real issues with residents that are even worth noting. I would love to highlight the Leader of this ship, Kim, she is always attentive when communicating and engaging honestly. Greg in Maintenance is always getting things done with a positive attitude. New addition Joseline is very nice and taking that step to get familiar with the tenets. This is a very pet-friendly building with a park right across the way. All in all, I say give it a shot and decide for yourself

What a great and lovely place to live! A true gem in the Seattle area. The location is very pretty, quiet, and safe. The staff go above and beyond by scheduling fun activity nights every now and then. Fantastic!

I've lived at Luna for 9 months now and love it. The location is excellent above the PCC market and across from a park. The views facing east are ocean, trees, islands and a peak of Rainier (from the roof). The rooftop deck is stunning all seasons. The conference room is excellent for working or meetings. The apartments are modern with clean lines and overall sexy. The building is secure and well maintained. I feel safe here.

Overall I’ve loved living here, the people are soo nice, and the staff are as helpful as they can be but they could maybe be a little bit more knowledgeable about some of the questions I’ve asked. Great maintenance help as well so far. Honestly no complaints!
